Nassir Aboreden is an associate at the law firm Calderón Seguin PLC. He practices criminal and domestic/family law. Nassir represents clients facing criminal issues ranging from traffic violations to felony charges. He also practices in the areas of divorce, adoption, child custody, and other domestic matters.
While in law school, Nassir was an active member of the National Trial Team and competed around the country. He was inducted into the Order of the Barristers Honor Society at graduation for his oral and written advocacy. He also interned at various Commonwealth’s Attorney offices which gave him experience in different criminal courtrooms throughout Virginia. Nassir worked at The Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic during law school helping veterans file claims with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. He also served as the treasurer of the student bar association. Nassir was a founding member of the Latino Law Society at William and Mary.
Nassir earned his J.D. from The College of William and Mary School of Law. He graduated cum laude with his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Florida International University. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and speaks Spanish.
