Ofelia L. Calderón is a founding partner at Calderón Seguin PLC. In addition to maintaining a diverse practice which includes family, naturalization, business, and asylum, Ofelia concentrates on federal matters and removal cases. Outside her practice, Ofelia is a fervent advocate for the immigration community and has frequently taken her support and knowledge to various community forums.

Scott Seguin
Scott Seguin is a founding partner of the firm of Calderón Seguin PLC. He has been practicing criminal law for over a decade and has represented thousands of criminal clients throughout Virginia in both the state and federal court systems. His experience ranges from speeding infractions to murder trials and has secured acquittal of clients facing the possibility of life in prison.

Anam Rahman
Anam’s immigration practice covers a broad array of matters including waivers of inadmissibility, nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, family-sponsored petitions, employer-sponsored petitions, asylum applications, and other forms of relief from removal.

Briana Carlson
Briana Carlson focuses her practice on removal defense. Within that context, she handles a wide range of matters from humanitarian relief to waivers of inadmissibility. She has a passion for working with detained individuals whether in the context of bond or relief before the court.
