Laura received her law degree from George Mason University School of Law. She served as a Class Representative in the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association. While in law school, Laura also assisted in the representation of unaccompanied minors seeking legal status through a partnership with Kids in Need of Defense.

Laura received her bachelor’s degree cum laude from Bucknell University with a degree in International Relations.

Laura is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Laura speaks fluent Spanish and is conversational in Arabic.
